Whether you're booking a speaker, building a programme, or trying to find your own way through: there's a way to work together.
Themes
Three talks.
One thread.
Each talk is tailored to your audience and context.
All three are available as keynotes, lunch talks, or workshop formats.
01.
The 180°
On making a turn you didn't plan for. The things you were good at that quietly stopped working. The things you were told weren't useful that turned out to be everything. How do you stop what happened to you from becoming the story you keep living, and what does it actually take to move differently?
For: leadership events, personal development programmes, mental health awareness moments, mixed audiences.
02.
Fine. Actually...
Life keeps happening while you still have to show up. You're triggered on a Tuesday and you still have a 9am. You're carrying something and nobody in the room knows. This talk is about what it means to stay functional while not being fine, and how to start building a different relationship with that gap.
For: workplace wellbeing programmes, HR teams, high-performance cultures, burnout prevention.
03.
Art with something to say
How art creates the conditions for conversations that otherwise don't happen. Why a painting on a wall can do what a wellbeing policy can't. Drawing on the Studio/Sadiq story, workplace design experience, and the surprising things that happen when people stop to look at something together.
For: design and architecture conferences, care sector events, corporate culture and workplace experience teams.
Lived experience.
Real conversations.
I spent years functioning well on the surface
in a high-performing corporate environment
while carrying something I hadn't fully named, even to myself.
I know what it's like to show up, deliver, and
perform while something underneath isn't
resolved. And I know I'm not the only one.
I speak about loss, resilience, and what it
actually takes to move through difficulty,
not around it.
Not with drama. With honesty,
some humour, and a closing note that leaves
people with something to hold onto rather
than something to recover from.

One on one
Navigating your own 180°.
Not therapy. Not coaching in the conventional sense. A session with someone who has been through the mud, mapped what works and what doesn't, and knows how to ask the questions that cut through.
You bring the situation. Florijn brings a psychology background, lived experience, and a very direct way of helping you see what's actually going on and what one step forward might look like.
Whether you're carrying something that's been quietly weighing on you, navigating a difficult transition, or just feel stuck and want to move — this is for you.
This might be for you if:
You're functioning well on the outside but something feels unresolved underneath.
You're at a crossroads and the usual advice doesn't quite land.
You want to talk to someone who's been through something real, not a script.
You're ready to move but don't know what the next step is yet.
